Mayor Napier Presents the State of City for West St. Paul
Mayor Dave Napier reviewed the cities activities and programs for the past year. He commented that each year they consider their efforts as a “reboot of the city’s vision.” His update included public safety initiatives, the Citizens Academy, efforts to curb theft, expansion of the fire department, public works improvement accomplishments, development efforts for an available 9.5 acre-land space, and the Parks & Recreation programming. He was excited to announce “Explore W. St. Paul Days” coming in August.
