On April 10, 2025, Craig addressed her followers, expressing a firm stance against restrictive voter ID laws. Highlighting the public opinion among Minnesotans, she stated, “Minnesotans have made their position clear – they oppose restrictive voter ID laws that make it harder for eligible voters to vote. The Republicans will try to dress up their so-called “SAVE Act” as something it’s not – but the reality is, it’s already illegal for noncitizens to”.

The next day, on April 11, 2025, Craig shared her enthusiasm for longstanding partnerships with labor organizations. She reported on a meeting with Paul Slattery from Teamsters Local 120, underscoring efforts to safeguard union workers’ rights in Minnesota: “It’s always great to see Paul Slattery with Teamsters Local 120 to talk about how we can continue working to protect Minnesota union workers’ right to organize and collectively bargain for better wages and working conditions.”

Later on April 11, 2025, Craig announced an upcoming town hall aimed at engaging constituents on policy impacts. She conveyed plans to collaborate with DFL State Senators and Representatives and provided details for participation: “I have an exciting announcement about my upcoming town hall. Angie Craig, 51, born in West Helena, Arkansas, currently lives in Prior Lake and graduated from the University of Memphis in 1994.
