Angie Craig, a U.S. Congress member representing Minnesota’s 2nd district, recently shared updates on her activities through social media. Born in West Helena, Arkansas in 1972 and currently residing in Prior Lake, Craig has been serving since replacing Jason Lewis in 2019. Her recent posts reflect her engagement with community issues and personal milestones.
On May 9, 2025, Craig expressed gratitude towards nurses as National Nurses Week concluded. She stated: “As we wrap up National Nurses Week, I want to thank all of Minnesota’s dedicated nurses, who work day in and day out to care for our communities.”
Later that day, she discussed infrastructure improvements following a meeting with the Minnesota Association of Towns and Townships. She mentioned: “This week I met with the MN Association of Towns and Townships to talk about how we can improve roads and bridges for rural Minnesota—so folks can get where they need to go safely and efficiently.”

She wrote: “Congratulations to my dear friend and Farmer Advisory Council Member Linda Larson on her graduation from Inver Hills Community College! I flew back just in time to make her graduation celebration.”
