On May 5, 2025, Angie Craig expressed gratitude towards Sue, a long-time advocate for mental health funding and services in Minnesota. She wrote: “For decades, Sue has been a champion for increased mental health funding and services in Minnesota – and I’m lucky to call her a friend. Thank you for your 24 years of life-changing work, Sue. Wishing you all the best in your retirement!”
