Angie Craig, a U.S. Congress representative for Minnesota’s 2nd district since 2019, recently engaged with her constituents through a series of activities and shared her experiences on social media.

On April 15, 2025, Craig announced an impressive turnout at her town hall event in Lakeville. She remarked on the large attendance, stating, “We had an unbelievable turnout at our town hall tonight in Lakeville. This is what democracy looks like – more than 600 folks!”

Later the same day, she posted about the enthusiasm of new participants at the town hall. She expressed excitement, saying, “Something is happening out here folks! All those raised hands – first time at a Town Hall! Thank you to everyone who came out to make your voices heard. We’re in this fight together.”

Also on April 15, Craig highlighted her visit to a local business, stating, “Yesterday, I stopped by one of Mendota Heights’ awesome small businesses – the Copperfield. Can’t beat breakfast at a neighborhood local business!” This visit exemplified her support for local businesses within her district.

Angie Craig, aged 51, was born in West Helena, Arkansas, and currently resides in Prior Lake. She earned a BA from the University of Memphis in 1994.
