Saint Mary’s Cardinals secure 11-1 win with Burnsville alum Alexandra Gerber

At 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 3, Burnsville High School alum Alexandra Gerber helped her college team, the Saint Mary’s Cardinals, earn an 11-1 victory over the LaGrange Panthers in NCAA Division III softball.

LC Softball Complex was the site of this contest, which marked their second meeting with the Panthers this season. In the prior matchup on Tuesday, March 3, the Cardinals defeated LaGrange 13-3.

Gerber contributed one hit in four at-bats, with one run scored and one RBI.

The Cardinals are set to next host the Augsburg Auggies at 1 p.m. Saturday, April 4, at Saint Mary’s Softball Field.
