Apple Valley home prices rise in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Apple Valley rose by $39,900 while total sales decreased by 13.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were 85 homes sold, with a median sale price of $274,900 - a 17% increase over the $235,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 98 homes sold in Apple Valley in July 2017.

The median sales tax in Apple Valley for the most recent year with available data, 2014, was $2,436, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for July 2018.
