Randolph home prices fall in June 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in Randolph fell by $214,500 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $240,000 - a 47.2% decrease over the $454,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Randolph in June 2017.
