Farmington home prices fall in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Farmington fell by $4,250 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $221,750 - a 1.9% decrease over the $226,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 52 homes sold in Farmington in March 2017.
