Farmington home prices fall in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Farmington fell by $45,000 while total sales decreased by 47.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $167,500 - a 21.2% decrease over the $212,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in Farmington in November 2016.

The median sales tax in Farmington for the most recent year with available data, 2014, was $2,592, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for November 2017.
