Empire home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Empire rose by $69,710 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $257,600 - a 37.1% increase over the $187,890 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Empire in November 2016.
