Apple Valley home prices rise in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Apple Valley rose by $3,050 while total sales increased by 25.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were 84 homes sold, with a median sale price of $237,950 - a 1.3% increase over the $234,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 67 homes sold in Apple Valley in October 2016.

The median sales tax in Apple Valley for the most recent year with available data, 2014, was $2,436, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for October 2017.
