Apple Valley home prices rise in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Apple Valley rose by $18,380 while total sales decreased by 7.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were 98 homes sold, with a median sale price of $249,630 - a 7.9% increase over the $231,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 106 homes sold in Apple Valley in August 2016.

The median sales tax in Apple Valley for the most recent year with available data, 2014, was $2,436, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for August 2017.
