Farmington home prices rise in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Farmington rose by $29,475 while total sales increased by 2.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 72 homes sold, with a median sale price of $254,425 - a 13.1% increase over the $224,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 70 homes sold in Farmington in June 2016.

The median sales tax in Farmington for the most recent year with available data, 2014, was $2,592, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for June 2017.
