Apple Valley home prices rise in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Apple Valley rose by $5,000 while total sales decreased by 11%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were 113 homes sold, with a median sale price of $235,000 - a 2.2% increase over the $230,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 127 homes sold in Apple Valley in May 2016.

The median sales tax in Apple Valley for the most recent year with available data, 2014, was $2,436, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for May 2017.
