Apple Valley home prices rise in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Apple Valley rose by $6,200 while total sales decreased by 11%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 81 homes sold, with a median sale price of $225,000 - a 2.8% increase over the $218,800 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 91 homes sold in Apple Valley in April 2016.
