Empire home prices rise in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Empire rose by $90,800 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $302,500 - a 42.9% increase over the $211,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Empire in April 2016, as well.
