Empire home prices rise in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Empire rose by $1,700 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $210,500 - a 0.8% increase over the $208,800 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Empire in February 2016.

The median sales tax in Empire for the most recent year with available data, 2014, was $2,424, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for February 2017.
