Eagan home prices fall in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Eagan fell by $12,400 while total sales decreased by 27.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were 37 homes sold, with a median sale price of $243,600 - a 4.8% decrease over the $256,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 51 homes sold in Eagan in January 2016.

The median sales tax in Eagan for the most recent year with available data, 2014, was $2,524, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for January 2017.
