Hampton (Dakota County) home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Hampton in Dakota County rose by $2,858 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $245,000 - a 1.2% increase over the $242,143 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Hampton in the second quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Hampton for the most recent year with available data, 2014, was $2,076, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2018.
