Lakeville home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Lakeville rose by $2,850 while total sales increased by 0.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 222 homes sold, with a median sale price of $277,300 - a 1% increase over the $274,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 220 homes sold in Lakeville in the fourth quarter of 2016.

The median sales tax in Lakeville for the most recent year with available data, 2014, was $2,779, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2017.
