South St. Paul home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in South St. Paul rose by $12,450 while total sales increased by 35.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 119 homes sold, with a median sale price of $191,450 - a 7% increase over the $179,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 88 homes sold in South St. Paul in the third quarter of 2016.
