Apple Valley home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Apple Valley rose by $11,450 while total sales decreased by 20.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 273 homes sold, with a median sale price of $239,900 - a 5% increase over the $228,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 342 homes sold in Apple Valley in the third quarter of 2016.
