Rosemount home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Rosemount rose by $15,750 while total sales increased by 7.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 125 homes sold, with a median sale price of $259,000 - a 6.5% increase over the $243,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 116 homes sold in Rosemount in the third quarter of 2016.
