Eagan home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Eagan rose by $3,933 while total sales decreased by 13.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 264 homes sold, with a median sale price of $266,375 - a 1.5% increase over the $262,443 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 304 homes sold in Eagan in the third quarter of 2016.
