Northfield home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Northfield rose by $75,000 while total sales decreased by 13.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $300,000 - a 33.3% increase over the $225,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Northfield in the third quarter of 2016.
