Randolph home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Randolph rose by $77,800 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $370,000 - a 26.6% increase over the $292,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Randolph in the second quarter of 2016.

The median sales tax in Randolph for the most recent year with available data, 2014, was $1,657, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2017.
