South St. Paul home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in South St. Paul rose by $10,000 while total sales increased by 13.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 368 homes sold, with a median sale price of $185,000 - a 5.7% increase over the $175,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 323 homes sold in South St. Paul in 2016.
