Randolph home prices fall in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Randolph fell by $41,000 while total sales increased by 26.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $298,000 - a 12.1% decrease over the $339,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Randolph in 2017.

The median sales tax in Randolph for 2018 was $2,000. In 2014, the median sales tax was $1,657. This marks an increase of 20.6%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 0.7%.
