Eagan home prices rise in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Eagan rose by $39,125 while total sales increased by 9.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were 79 homes sold, with a median sale price of $280,000 - a 16.2% increase over the $240,875 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 72 homes sold in Eagan in November 2017.

The median sales tax in Eagan for 2018 was $2,867. In 2014, the median sales tax was $2,524. This marks an increase of 13.6%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1%.
