Apple Valley home prices fall in October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in Apple Valley fell by $15,850 while total sales increased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were 96 homes sold, with a median sale price of $222,100 - a 6.7% decrease over the $237,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 84 homes sold in Apple Valley in October 2017.

The median sales tax in Apple Valley for 2018 was $2,718. In 2014, the median sales tax was $2,436. This marks an increase of 11.6%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.2%.
