Mendota Heights home prices rise in October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in Mendota Heights rose by $12,500 while total sales increased by 35.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $330,000 - a 3.9% increase over the $317,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Mendota Heights in October 2017.

The median sales tax in Mendota Heights for 2018 was $3,905. In 2014, the median sales tax was $3,518. This marks an increase of 11%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.2%.
