Burnsville home prices rise in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Burnsville rose by $5,100 while total sales increased by 41.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were 109 homes sold, with a median sale price of $255,000 - a 2% increase over the $249,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 77 homes sold in Burnsville in September 2017.

The median sales tax in Burnsville for 2018 was $2,898. In 2014, the median sales tax was $2,415. This marks an increase of 20%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.1%.
