CITY OF FARMINGTON: Think Bank Appoints New Vice President of Mortgage

Vicepresident

City of Farmington issued the following announcement on Feb. 11.

Think Bank is pleased to announce that Melissa Dickison has accepted the position of Vice President of Mortgage.

Melissa is an experienced leader in the financial industry with extensive knowledge of mortgage lending and a proven ability to inspire customers and colleagues.

During her 15 years at Think, Melissa has held a variety of roles including mortgage relationship manager, business advisor, and branch manager. Most recently, Melissa helped build Think’s residential construction lending program and was a major contributor to the growth of Think’s downtown branch 

A Rochester native, Melissa earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota and her master’s of business administration from Augsburg College.  

Tammy Pfeffer, Senior Vice President of Financial Services, says, “We are excited that Melissa has filled the position of Vice President of Mortgage. She is an inspiring, enthusiastic leader with a passion for delivering unparalleled customer care. We are fortunate to have someone with Melissa’s impressive track record, boundless dedication, and many diverse talents as the new leader of our mortgage team.”

I know we can continue to grow and do even better, and I look forward to the challenge!”
