Cost of college was unchanged for all students at Inver Hills Community College

Tuition and fees were unchanged for 2018-19 at Inver Hills Community College, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

Minnesota students paid $5,332 to attend the two-year public institution in both the 2017-18 and 2018-19 academic years.

Data shows 70 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 191 students received grants or scholarships totaling $874,339 and 121 students took out student loans totaling more than $571,671.

Including all undergraduates (4,264), 2,243 students used grants or scholarships totaling $7.8 million, and 1,144 students took out $6.7 million in federal student loans.
