South St. Paul home prices rise in October 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2020 in South St. Paul rose by $37,000 while total sales decreased by 43.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2020, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $257,000 - a 16.8% increase over the $220,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in South St. Paul in October 2019.
