Apple Valley home prices rise in October 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2020 in Apple Valley rose by $23,500 while total sales decreased by 20.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2020, there were 55 homes sold, with a median sale price of $307,000 - a 8.3% increase over the $283,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 69 homes sold in Apple Valley in October 2019.

The median sales tax in Apple Valley for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,844, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for October 2020.
