Census Bureau: 83.4 percent of people in Mendota were old enough to vote in 2019

Of the 157 citizens living in Mendota in 2019, 131 were old enough to vote as of Jan. 26, according to U.S. Census Bureau data.

The bureau reported 55 of those people were female and 76 were male.

Data for this story was compiled from the bureau’s American Community Survey. Information from the survey helps to determine how federal and state funds are distributed.
