June 2021: Farmington experienced a 7.6% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Farmington rose by $22,750 while total sales remained unchanged with 48 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were 48 homes sold, with a median sale price of $321,000 - a 7.6% increase over the $298,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 48 homes sold in Farmington in June 2020, as well.
