Home prices decreased in Randolph during the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Randolph fell by $40,700 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $214,300 - a 16% decrease over the $255,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Randolph in the second quarter of 2020.
