Median home prices in Farmington rose to $318,000 in the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Farmington rose by $20,500 while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 133 homes sold, with a median sale price of $318,000 - a 6.9% increase over the $297,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 114 homes sold in Farmington in the second quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Farmington for the most recent year with available data, 2020, was $3,822, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
