Rising home prices in Apple Valley in the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Apple Valley rose by $15,000 while total sales increased by 5.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 401 homes sold, with a median sale price of $285,000 - a 5.6% increase over the $270,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 380 homes sold in Apple Valley in the first half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Apple Valley for the most recent year with available data, 2020, was $3,186, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
