Pricing for the median home in Lilydale increased during the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Lilydale rose by $40,000 while total sales decreased by 44.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $320,000 - a 14.3% increase over the $280,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Lilydale in the first half of 2020.
