Rising home prices in Apple Valley in August 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2021 in Apple Valley rose by $85,000 while total sales increased by 3.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2021, there were 57 homes sold, with a median sale price of $340,000 - a 33.3% increase over the $255,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 55 homes sold in Apple Valley in August 2020.
