The third quarter of 2021: West St. Paul experienced a 6.9% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in West St. Paul rose by $17,500 while total sales increased by 54.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 82 homes sold, with a median sale price of $272,500 - a 6.9% increase over the $255,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 53 homes sold in West St. Paul in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in West St. Paul for the most recent year with available data, 2020, was $2,946, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
