Burnsville home prices rose in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Burnsville rose by $36,000 while total sales increased by 37.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 307 homes sold, with a median sale price of $340,000 - a 11.8% increase over the $304,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 224 homes sold in Burnsville in the third quarter of 2020.
