Pricing for the median home in Rosemount increased during the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Rosemount rose by $30,100 while total sales increased by 14.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 113 homes sold, with a median sale price of $345,000 - a 9.6% increase over the $314,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 99 homes sold in Rosemount in the third quarter of 2020.
