How did home prices perform in Northfield during the third quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Northfield rose by $202,500 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $450,000 - a 81.8% increase over the $247,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Northfield in the third quarter of 2020.
