The second half of 2021: Rosemount experienced a 7.3% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Rosemount rose by $23,050 while total sales increased by 23.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 213 homes sold, with a median sale price of $340,000 - a 7.3% increase over the $316,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 172 homes sold in Rosemount in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Rosemount for the most recent year with available data, 2020, was $3,416, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
