Home prices increased in Farmington during the first quarter of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2022 in Farmington rose by $40,550 while total sales decreased by 13.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2022, there were 62 homes sold, with a median sale price of $336,000 - a 13.7% increase over the $295,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 72 homes sold in Farmington in the first quarter of 2021.

The median sales tax in Farmington for the most recent year with available data, 2020, was $3,822, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2022.
